Shipping policy
We aim to ship orders received before 12 noon on the same day. Orders received after 12 noon (CET time) will be shipped the next working day.
Orders are shipped via our logistics partners, no signature required. Each order will provide you with with the carrier details and tracking number. Our carriers will also send you customer notification via sms or email and allow you to change delivery slots if required.

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend orders after they have been placed as we generally dispatch orders soon after they have been made. This includes changing the products ordered, the delivery option, delivery address details or payment methods.
If you need to change any of the details please cancel your order by getting in touch with our friendly customer service team on info@hammernutrition.co.uk , and place a new one instead. If you do wish to cancel an order you must contact us on the same day your order is placed, as after this time we will be unable to prevent the order from being dispatched.

Backorders:
We do not accept backorders. If your favourite Hammer Nutrition products are out of stock please contact us for new expected delivery dates or check in on our website soon.
